These are just some basic recolors of the female adult parka that came with Seasons. They are categorized as Outerwear only, and are available for both Adults and Young Adults.
Recolors come in basic red, green, and blue:
Basic black parkas with colorful pastel pants:
And a grab-bag of multicolor combinations:
Each file is labeled with the color of the parka and the pants; recolors are available in packs as shown in pictures or in one all-encompassing .rar.
As these are nothing more than the application of Irfanview's "Swap Colors" tool to standard Maxis textures, they're nothing special. Distribute, copy, and modify as you please.
