Inspired by the Palace of Fine Arts in Mexico I created this community lot so your eclectic sims won't have to be from one place to another to have some fun.
Since sims don't go to opera I've placed a nightclub instead on the upper level. Here your sims can admire art and painting on the gallery or dance in the nightclub or have a romantic dinner at the restaurant. For those elder sims there are 2 chess tables in the garden too.

First level:

Second level:

Restaurant
Enough space to place vending machines or newspaper stands or whatever



Thanks to all the creators that made such wonderful objects, windows, fences, etc. Thanks to them I really like the result (and I must say I spent a lot of time putting it all together to complete my project hehehe)
