If your sims need to get some fresh air and get away from the city (or the town where they live), then this lodge is what they should buy for only 137,000 :D

Built on the mountains (yes, the back yard is actually the mountain skirt) with 2 stories and a basement.
First floor:

The first floor is actually the garage with access to the basement where you can find the spa, a complete bath and the stairs to the next level.
