I love the way San Francisco combines classic architecture and urban style. Since my sims are mostly living in the city I made this house based in San Francisco's Style.

Lot size is 3x3, turned out to be a big house even with the space used for the street's stairs and the alley.

3 stories
1st floor:

Hall
Complete bathroom
Living room
Kitchen
Dinning room
Back door for garage access
The alley runs from the back of the house to the side, usable. Roaches and garbage not included hehehe. The street stairs goes the same way.

2nd floor:
Bedroom with complete bathroom
Bedroom (big enough for a double bed or two single beds)
Master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom
TV room
Stairs to the attick

Attick:
Play room
Gym
Spa



The house is furnished as seen on the images. I leave the TV room unfurnished so you can use any furniture you want. However I recommend Annie's modular sofa.
Mickyss's corner shower unit is not included but you can get it HERE

I really hope you'll like it, I think it turned out to be a great house :D
