Paris Opera House (at least that's what was in my mind while doing this)
Community lot for your sims.
As well as in the Bellas Artes palace I tried to make this lot to be useful for the game; since sims don't go to opera (or cinema) I've place here a restaurant, complete with dance hall (or mini-night club), a coffe shop, a concert room (so your sims can play some music for tips) and leave available several rooms for you to use according to the EP's and SP's you have.

First floor:

-Main hall
-Grand Stairs
-coffe shop
1 - 5 available spaces for placing stores or whatever. There's no need to use 4 of those rooms. Keep in mind that the lot size is 4x4 and have a lot of details in the building so the poly count could be high. That's why I prefer to semi-furnish it so you can finish it in accordance to your system's capacity.



Second floor:

-concert room
-restrooms
-restaurant and dance hall

Statues used on the images are not included (the one on the top of the building and those 2 by the stairs) but you can get them HERE , they were made by Sgoobysnacks29, as said on his profile: keep in mind poly count.
