Some of you might remember the little house on the prairie's town: Walnut Grove
Well since rural is the theme of the month I think your farmer sims might need a place to buy some clothes, seeds, mp3 (???) and somewhere to scape from time to time from their parents (or partners) and have a decent meal.

This is a small community lot (3x3) with a store, a restaurant/bar, a cemetery (where you can place real tombstones for your dearly beloved and a school/church ( don't look at me, on the serires the school building was used as a church too).
I tried to make this a rural as possible, that's why there's no nightclub here, I've placed a TV on the church to give the building some use (i just don't like decorative empty buildings).

Your sims can have their meals at the saloon (first floor) or maybe a couple of drinks at the bar (second floor) or if they don't drink, well, maybe a cup of cofee. On the third floor there are 2 rooms where they can .... well, do whatever they want (you'll never know what the next train could bring).



At the Olsen's Store they can buy whatever they need to keep their fidges (???) full as well as clothing, cell phones (really modern rural store) or even some fragrances to hide the horse's smell.



Now, this is important:
You need to download Dr. Pixels "One hole outhouse" otherwise your poor little simmies might have an accident.

Horses are not included but of course you know you can get Dragon Slave's awesome horses HERE
