This stone and clapboard home sits on a 3x4 lot at a cost of around $57,000. It features a basement garage surrounded on both sides by rockery flower beds. The first floor has a study, kitchen, dining room, a two story lounge, laundry room, and bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms overlooking the lounge.

Two of the floors are by me. The lino flooring is by wallsims.net and is free, but not included here. Most of the plants are not includable with a lot and others are pay. Custom content I was able to include is siding by Nengi65 from this collection. Fence by Ailias as well as doors.
Grass by Lethe, tree by Grapholina and recolor by SimVeggie. All other plants are from The Eponymous Garden collection at Parsiminous. And finally Numenor's recolorable wooden stairs.

This lot was a bit of a headache and took a long time to get just right. I did move a test sim in and after several sim days there were no problems. Please let me know if you experience any.
