Hello!
This is the first contest that I have decided to enter, and for the occasion I am uploading my first house.
The Dream Farm, as it is named, is my rendition of a rustic country life, equipped with a garden, ready to be cultivated. A small pond is found in one corner, surrounded by trees and flowers. The barn/house is furnished, and I tried to give it a 'country' feel on the inside, and I sure hope that I succeeded.
I also challenged myself to make this house with only EA items, no custom content and I actually succeeded! Therefore, it only uses Maxis items.
Also, this house goes for a unreal 139,120! It's only because it's so good...=P

If you wanted to be safe, this house requires Seasons, Pets, and Uni. I don't believe I used any University items in the making, but I'm not sure on that.
