This is kind of my parent's house. The yard is a bit different and the upstairs floorplan is too. But I wasn't trying to make their house specifically, so it doesn't matter.

There is plenty of room and plenty of bedrooms for bunches of sim children. And the basement could be finished if you so choose. For now it's damp and dark like your general Michigan basement, with my custom walls to make it so. I don't know why we call old basements that in Michigan because I'm sure similar basements are found in other states.

The kitchen is the only room that's furnished, and the extra room (we call it the piano room) has a piano and a desk in it. It could be whatever you want though: a den or an office or a library or a nursery or anything else your heart desires.

I know you for sure need Nightlife and Seasons, and it is likely that you need University too. I'm not sure about Open for Business or Family Fun Stuff, so I checked them just in case. I don't think you need Glamour Life or Celebrations, but I have those too so I guess it's possible. I am sure that you don't need Pets, however, because I don't have that one.
