I saw that some wanted a farm, so I built one. It's a two-storey, five bedroom, three bath home. It has an attached garage, as well as a large backyard with silos and a barn, and still enough room to place a pool
.It costs 118,585, partially furnished (kitchen and bath). Only used Maxis objects; hack-free; requires University EP.
