Modern Urban Living

I saw this house design on the internet and wanted to recreate it for our sims.
Quite modernist look, tested on another computer with seasons and everything's ok, no leaks.

1st floor:
-Garage
-Elevator
-Pool and spa and you can place your gym there too (I know i will)

2nd floor:
-Living area
-Diningroom
-TV room
-Kitchen
-Bath
-Verenda



3rd floor:
-2 Bedrooms w/bathroom
-Balcony
-Study
