I enjoy going to my local pub so much that I thought I'd share it with the community (and yes, I did gain permission from the landlady to do this); so here we have the place where I spend most of my Sunday evenings, my local, The Horseshoe.

Front view:

Back view:

You enter the Horseshoe through a small porch, which leads to the hallway. From there you can either go right into the toilets, straight ahead for the lounge, or left into the main bar.

Downstairs view:

From the main bar you can go upstairs into a second lounge to play darts and watch tv, and then upstairs into the pool room. In the pool room you will find the access into the private parts of the pub, where the landlord could live if you choose to turn this into a residential lot. The private appartment has a large kitchen/ lounge, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.

upstairs view:

Outside, there are tables near the front entrance, and also a beer garden which is accesible from the lounge or from the side of the building via a gate.

Questions I'm expecting to be asked:

Why aren't the private rooms furnished? The simple answer to this, is because the building is based on my real-life local pub, I have never been into the private part of the house, so I dont know what it looks like. I only guessed on the rooms by looking at the windows outside. :-)

Why are there such huge windows in the ladies bathroom? unfortunately, those are what the actual windows look like, luckily the sims don't care as much about privacy as we do. I have no idea what the mens bathroom really looks like because I've never been in there, so agagin, it's just a guess.

Furnished? partialy
Landscaped? Only as much as the real thing, which isn't a lot.

Enjoy!

Please don't upload to the exchange, after all, it is my local, I WILL recognise it ;-)
