GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE LOT

This lot is a tribute to Bed and Breakfast Farms around the world! Initially, I wanted to create a collection, but I decided to put my total energy into 1 "exclusive" lot to share with you for the contest. I chose the Serendipity Lavender Farm in Australia because it was somewhat unique (not being your typical farm). This lot took several remodels over a week (with the lattice fences, brown edgings, extensive use of build cheats, creating rustic barn walls to use instead of the bright red ones in game, etc.) to get just as I envisioned it to be. The objects included in the download are accents to give the lot a farm feel. Normally I don't use this many user objects, but most are small decorative items and the few that aren't (stairs and fireplace) have been tested in my game numerous times. The Serendipity Lavender Farm is actually a working Bed & Breakfast Farm in Victoria, Australia. The farm has a Main House (with 2 Bed and Breakfast Suites), a Barn, horses, cows and the sweet smell of lavender lingering in the air! Perhaps I cannot create the lavender smell for you, but I figured you could light a lavender scented candle each time you enter the lot!



IMPORTANT NOTE:
I also created an "enclosed swimmable pond" using tkdjunkie's "Swimmable Lake" Tutorial found here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=131752 as a guide . The difference is that I divided the under portion of the deck area and used pfish's invisible fence to "totally" surround the pond to prevent your Sims from leaving the pond area to add a little fun and authenticity to the lot. It worked when I tested it (several times), so it should work for you!

EXPANSION PACKS REQUIRED
F.Y.I. - As of January 2008, all of my Sims 2 lots will not require STUFF packs to download! I wanted to make my lots accessible to more Simmers. So, I decided to remove the STUFF packs from my game and design using the Original Game and Expansion Packs only. :D
