This small Castle is my first experience in sims architecture.





It's advantages:
1. It's executed from Maxi's materials and two object recolors from Ailias.
2. The archive is only 576 KB.
3. It has a cellar which can be used on your way.
4. Lot's - 5x6 and half of it is not borrowed (you may place a lake or somthing else near the castle).
5. It has minimum objects for reception of sim family or one sim without children: living room is combined with the kitchen, one toilet, a bedroom, a zone of rest, a wide balcony, a viewing platform.






But it costs 125 000 simeleon, however if you clean all furniture it will be much cheaper.

I hope you and your sims like this small castle!
