Description
A single storey starter home in beige and cream with trim in red. As usual, I’ve included two unfurnished bedrooms, one furnished bathroom (includes bath/shower combo, expensive toilet, sink and mirror), a furnished kitchen (oven, sink, counters, fridge, smoke alarm, dining table and chairs included), and a partially furnished living area (sofa, coffee table, TV and stereo included). A wall phone and burglar alarm are by the front door.
There’s also off road parking for one car, and the house has a small swimming pool at the back of the house which includes pool lights, a diving board and a pool ladder.
I have all the expansions, but the lot should work fine without Pets or Seasons.
