This Dorm is a big one. It's for 13 students.



The rooms are like lofts, (9x9, 8x9 and 10x5), all of them have: Double o single bed, bath, kitchen, living with tv and a study zone with pc).

There is a comunal kitchen too, for lacy sims. A Gym, study zones, and all the things the sims need. There are four Parking SUBTERRANEAN lots , and four cars too. At the basement there is a big swiming-pool.

IT'S NECESARY TEEN STYLE STUFF!!!
