This white brick palace of a home has almost everything a Sim family could want. The estate is walled with two gates leading to walkways and a central driveway with a (decorative) circular drive around a fountain. There are several garden areas here, one holding a hot tub. Both house wings end with small verandas, where you can sit and relax or enjoy a peaceful cup of tea.

Once you cross the front veranda, you will find yourself in the magnificent 4-story entry. The wing on your right (as you look to the back of the home) houses an eat-in kitchen, a dining room, the library and a playroom. The left wing houses the living room, an exercise room with sauna, a full bath and an office. Straight ahead is the double stairway leading to the two upper wings, as well as the back door, leading to the rear veranda and the natural rock pool.

2nd floor: The right wing (again looking from the front to the back of the home) holds the master bedroom (with private balcony), a full bath, and one bedroom (currently decorated for a young boy). The left wing holds a teenager's bedroom, full bath and one bedroom decorated for two young girls (also with a private balcony). The left interior balcony has been set up as a cat's idea of heaven, while the right interior balcony holds two aquariums and the family's Christmas tree. Both balconies look down into the entry. A large exterior balcony in back overlooks the pool area.

3rd floor: A modern "ballroom" is found in the right wing, while the left wing houses a two-lane bowling alley. Each wing has a small half bath and overlooks the entry.

The 4th floor is empty, as it is the "cathedral" area of the entry ceiling.
