This beautiful and palatial estate can be yours for only $320,571. The 4x5 Lot has a "circular" driveway, with a fountain, a covered parking area (the moveobjects cheat was used to place the car there), a swimming pool in front and a lap pool in back, a greenhouse ready for use and an abundance of landscaping.

The main door leads into a three-story entryway facing the party room. To your right is the hall leading to the office, a bath, kitchen and dining room. To the left is the hall leading to the living room, which has a fireplace. The stairs in the corner of the party room lead upstairs. A door at the back of the party room leads to the back gaming porch. There is a grilling and dining area on the front side porch.
There you will find the master bedroom, the master bath, an area for pets, two more bedrooms and a bath, as well as the door to the "educational" balcony.
