Named for the town where I spent a great deal of my youth, this is the perfect home for a new college graduate! I present the San Mateo, Loft Living space for Sims just starting out.



It is a very spacious home, with one loft-style bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. It features an open floor plan for easy customization! As you can expect, it come with all necessary appliances and plumbing. This house is only available unfurnished.

A few custom items are included, these are the Lafenetre Nostalgia windows and doors from windkeeper, which you can find here on MTS2: Lafenetre Nostalgia.

Also included are my favorite Edge Smoothers from Ailias. I love these for my modern homes! These are found <here>.
