I've gone building mad! It seems that some people actually like starter homes

Yan Place is another home you might like, located at 25 Andreas Way. This is a very modern look home with two bedrooms and one bathroom for Sims newly relocated to our area. It features lighting, plumbing, appliances, and a state of the art security system whether you choose to purchase it furnished or unfurnished. At well under §20.000. it's a modern bargain for new families or singles hoping for a family!

Unfurnished: § 16819 - wow!

Ailias' edge smoothers can be found in other colors <here>.

I also used the invisible driveway. It's an unsupported recolor, so it doesn't show up under custom content, but it works fine through Seasons.
