Well, I just built this house this afternoon and I decided I will probably make a few more. It's snowing out.

Anyway, here's a 2bd, 2ba starter! Well, downstairs in the furnished version is a bedroom, but it can be any flex space you want! Both furnished and unfurnished have standard plumbing, lighting, fire safety, and security. There is one parking space out front, and a small finished patio in the rear so you can have barbeques!

Perfect for a college graduate, first time parents, newlywed couple, or a fresh CAS Sim just starting out! The furnished version is very sparse, but has a bookcase to increase some knowledge, and leave some spending cash for a radio to work out to
