Here is a simple little house, that I found very nice. I love the layout, and the house by itself is under $20,00. If you want it furnished...well, that will cost ya a bit more. I made this house for a young couple just starting out and maybe thinking of starting a family, or an older couple who's children have grown up and ventured out on their own.
