Please see the thread linked below for how to install the custom stairs -- the lots will work just fine if you don't, but you won't be able to select or change them or use them in other lots (they won't show up in the catalogue, which is what the installation procedure is for).
Description:
Sub-urban starter house with garden on a 2x3 lot, furnished for 1-2 sims with room for one or two more. Access via the garden terrace, open floorplan with kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor, two bedrooms in the basement.
1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom (empty)
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining/living
All basics included, with a fireplace, stereo, mirror and grill on top. I think I forgot to put a fire alarm on the terrace; you should probably add that. One driveway in front of the house, room for a garden in the back.
