A Modern Castle - 4+BR + 3BA

ATTENTION - I'm 99% sure that the house does NOT require Pets to work, but I might be wrong. I'm not sure about the custom content but I'm pretty sure all the in-game content is not from Pets. If someone without Pets could let me know if it works okay, that would be great. :D

This is my first lot upload here (and my first upload at all in a while) so I'm a bit rusty.
I spent all day on this so I hope it ends up a success.

The Modern Castle is residential lot. It's completely unfurnished, because I think it's more fun to furnish it yourself. This beauty is only 2 stories high, but it has much to offer. It has 16 rooms in total, all of them oversized so your sims have plenty of space. It also has a courtyard in the middle, 2 fountains in the front, 2 ponds on either side of the house and a swimming pool in back.

It's a pretty big house, so it was hard to get a good shot of, but here it is from the front in a better quality picture than the uploaded ones.

It's not incredibly extravagant, but it's a good "starter castle"

All the wallpaper is the same. I'm not too great at wallpaper choice, so I left that up to the player.
