I have just finished my first lot and would like to share it with everyone. At first I was trying to create a small house for my sim then it grew into a castle. It is a small castle with only 1 bedroom but can be divided for more if needed. I didn't use any custom content for the castle however I have all the expansions installed so I don't know which expansions are required for this lot. If someone could help figure out which expansions it requires that will be helpful.
Custom Content: No
Expansions Required: All (Not 100% sure though, I know it requires Nightlife for driveways and garages)
Furnished: Releasing a version with furnishings and one without.
Lot Cost: Furnished: Approx. 111k , Unfurnished : Approx. 57k
Garages: 2 Car Garage
Lot Size: 2x5
Custom Content: No
