Actually, this house doesn't make me think of Nebraska at all. But it's okay.

This is a very nice 3bd, 2ba family home with a utility room. I figure you may be able to use that as a 4th small bedroom, but it's too small for any of my Sims. This makes a fabulous second home for a growing family. I used the Independent Expressions Expansion Set by MaryLou. Take a look at it ::here::

I built this house before I knew about the fabulous roofslopeangle cheat, so if you don't like the pitch of the roof, I'm sorry. I kind of like the high roof on this house.. It leaves room for expansion (can't you just envision the dormers?!). But it's for you! Anyhow, take a look:


This is what it looks like with a bit lower rood angle (33 I think). I maintain that the higher roof is prettier, but that's my own opinion The attached homes have the higher roof angle.
