This medium-size display sign is intended to be placed by the roadside to advertise your community lots. It is equally effective either placed directly on the ground or raised up on a foundation podium, and you can illuminate it very nicely at night using the "Garden Glow" spotlights (see pics).

It can be found in Decorative > Sculpture for the not-unreasonable price of $750 and should be compatible with any possible combination of EP's & SP's.

As it's quite large and intended for outdoor use, I've made the sign visible from neighborhood view, but the mesh itself is not large and will not place a burden on your computer.

A good way to prevent your Sims from walking too near the sign if you are placing it directly on the ground is to put the light gravel floor tiles beneath the sign. I once tried to use these tiles for a pathway and found that Sims would rather walk over just about anything else.
