furnished? - partially...only the upper bedroom, lower bedroom, and basement family rooms are unfurnished, all else is ready to play!
played/tested: yes, for 2 sim days.. But I packaged lot 1st, THEN play tested it, so nothing is "used"
The style of this lot reminds me of the homes I see whenever I take a coastal vacation, hence the name!
Lovely, sculpted lawn, minimal landscaping, and no flowers at all = easy to maintain! Decor is mostly in shades of blue, and white, with all white windows, doors, and stairs.
Also, although the lot is into a hill, I made sure there is room to the left to add a driveway, and there is plenty of flat area for ponds, pools, or whatever your simming needs may be!
HOUSE INCLUDES:
Upper level: 1 bedroom, full bath, landing that overlooks the living area
Main level: large living room, nursery, full bath, kitchen, dining area, acess to the covered upper porch, and exit to the rear porch, as well as central stairs to both the upper and lower levels, A no traffic jam layout!
Lower level: finished full bath, bedroom, large family room, main entry from lower covered porch
99.9% Maxis.. Only CC is 2 walls, and 2 floors, all by me, and free to all!
