This is my first upload, so go easy!
The house is built on a 3x3 medium lot, the house itself has:
1 Living room through dining room
1 Kitchen
2 Bathrooms (1 en-suite)
2 Bedrooms.
I will also be creating another version of this lot for base game owners, you will need the University and Nightlife expansion packs for this. Hope you enjoy!
