Here's my 3rd Craftsman:


It's based on a plan from eplans.com (HWEPL63380). There are five different versions available for download. The picture above is of the 1 story, undecorated, unlighted and lighted versions.

Differences:
In each version the kitchen and bathrooms are furnished (counters, sinks, refrigerator, toilets, showers, stove, kitchen island). What is included in each version is listed below, plus the price.
BareNLTS: No wall coverings, floor coverings, or lights - inside or out. 16,587
Bare: Same as above, but lights have been added. 17,852
Ext: Same as above with external walls painted, porch floors covered. 18,671
Deco: Same as above with all walls and floors covered. 19,948
2 Story: Same as above with a second floor (walls and floors covered), additional windows and a spiral staircase. 38,508


There's enough room at the side of the house for a drive-way, but no garage.
