Here's my second Craftsman home. I installed a family and played in it for 7 sim days. No problems occured.



It's a 2 bedroom/2 bath home, with a large living area and room for expansion in the kitchen (I put the bare minimum in the kitchen to keep the price down). It's been decorated on the cheap. There are 2 small rooms for music/skillinating. Both bathrooms have a sink, toilet, and shower. Decent sized back porch. The bedrooms are a little too small to accommodate a dresser/bureau AND a double bed. There's enough room on the lot to add a garage and/or any outdoor stuff.

I included no custom content.
