Elba II Maximum Security Prison

This is my first prison lot in my ever-growing collection of ground-based lots. The Elba II prison is one of Starfleet's maximum security prisons (even in the future there will be bad elements in society). The name is derived from Napoleon Bonaparte's first place of exile. Elba II is situated on a remote, sparsely populated moon in an undisclosed system.
The first and second floors are mostly cellblocks. The thrid floor is space for offices, a classroom, and the personal quarters of the base Commandant and administration.
Built on a 4x5 lot, the prison can house as many prisoners as your PC can handle.
The lot includes a re-worked holding cell bed. This bed, along with some other cleaned-up and previously uploaded beds, will be available for download soon
