I have been looking a while for a dormitory which fits perfectly my idea of a dorm and didn't find any. So I decided to do one for my own and it was a lot of work. So maybe you also find it useful and good for your Student-Sims.

It is fully furnished and features on the

1 Living Space with Bookshelves
1 Study Space
1 Lunchroom
1 Fun Area with gambling machines
1 Bathroom
1 Apartment with own balcony
1 Indoor Pool

First Floor:
4 Apartments each with own balcony
1 Bathroom
2 Study Spaces with PCs, Bookshelfs and Objects for building up skills


Second Floor:
3 Apartments each with own balcony
1 Band Room
1 Pooltable
1 Fitness Area







You will only need the EPs Uni, NL, OfB and Seasons.
