This lovely, restful, 1 bedroom home is compact, yet very liveable. Large open windows look out on the neighborhood view. It has a large deck for get togethers and a nice hammock in the shady garden ready for afternoon naps.

This house is furnished downstairs. It has a large upstairs loft that is mostly unfurnished - ready for your simmies to move in and personalize.



The furnishings are CC and come from several EP's. You can use Simpack2 Clean Installer to remove the content from EP's you don't own and replace the furniture and walls with your content.

EP's and Stuff packs - The Kitchen appliances and walls are from Kitchen and Bath. and I have Pets so the furniture will let your pets scratch it up and sleep on it. I also have some wall decorations from FFS and wallpaints from Celebration. There is a pottery wheel from Free Time under the palms outside and the palms themselves are from Bon Voyage.
