The third floor has a game room with pool table, bowling, cards and darts plus two smaller rooms off that for sauna's and massages. Also has 2 bathrooms.

There is a swimming pool in the newspapers and the glasses and tumblers can be used as greenhouses.

Lot is fully furnished.
