The Devonshire is a truely astonishing estate home for your most discerning Sims!



This home is the latest from the Blukompressor Premium Estate Collection. The model home is located in Strangetown, Sim City at the end of Dead End Court.



One of the first things you will notice about this estate is the stunning facade. It features an elegant, multi-tiered stone staircase leading to the double front doors.

Once inside, you and your Sims will be in awe of the dramatic foyer featuring a large staircase that goes upstairs and downstairs.



In the backyard, there is a large patio that is held up 16 handmade columns and arches. A spiral staircase takes you from the main level deck, down to the patio. There is a large pool, surrounded by the finest grass in Strangetown.

There is a circular driveway that can fit Two Vehicles, as well as a driveway that leads to a Two Car Tandem Garage.



The Basement features a two-laned bowling alley, a steam room, a bedroom and a bathroom.

This house features Six Bedrooms, Five Bathrooms, and an Exercise Room. There is a large kitchen, with a morning room. There is also a two story Family Room.
