Alfred Sikes grew up on a west Texas cotton farm until oil was discovered on the property. Of course his life changed completely and he went on to become the head of Simfield Oil. He became a lover of art and when he built his Highland Park 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath mansion, he filled the walls with paintings, mostly by Monet and Van Gogh, his two favorites. For modern sims who might be interested in acquiring this house, you will be happy to know that the garage (a base game fake) can easily be made functional by adding a door and the driveway will work using the cheat move_objects on.
