Custom content includes stairs by crocobaura, among other things -- please see this thread if you want to install them properly. This lot will work fine if you don't, but you won't be able to use them in other lots (they wont show up in the catalogue, which is what the installation procedure is for). NoFrills' window included with permission (I think their policy wasn't easy to find, but I asked).


Small starter house with fenced-in garden and basement, furnished for 1-2 sims with room for more.

1 x basement (empty)

All basics included, plus a dresser, an easel and a desk. NO parking! Although you could squeeze in a rotated driveway in front of the house, if you remove the flowerbed and make the porch one tile smaller.

Playtested in NL+OfB+Pets+Seasons with no hacks, for about a sim week, no issues found.
