It is situated on a 3x3 lot which means that there is plenty of room for expansion if more room is required. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dinning and living space with a separate bathroom to one side of the property. There is a bookshelf and easel in the living room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with room for a chess table - so you Sim can start earning skill points from the off. Outside there is space for one car on the driveway and a minimal amount of landscaping.
