Remember that large drafty house sat empty in Pleasantville? Well, empty no more. 210 Wright Way has been completely renovated and turned into 3 luxery apartments.



There is an apartment on each of the floor of the property.

Ground Floor Apartment £3,415/week to rent.

The Ground Floor apartment is a spacious one bed with all the amenities that any sim would need. It comprises of an open plan living, dining and study area which has access to the other rooms in the apartments. Through a glass archway there is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with all of the major appliances. From the kitchen there is access to the private patio with table and chairs. Perfect for reading the paper over breakfast in the morning.
From the main living area there is access to the full bathroom and the bedroom. The bedroom is a very large sized double with built in wardrobe.

First Floor Apartment £3,005/week to rent

The second floor comprises a 2 bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple or small family. The extra bedroom could also mean that you could get a room mate to help cover the cost of living. There is a open plan kitchen, living and dining area. From this room there is access to the study, two bedrooms and the family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with table and chairs. This bedroom has a fold up murphy bed, so can be used to a second living room maybe.

Second Floor Apartment £2,781/week to rent.

On the top floor of the property there is a 3 bedroom apartment, with two balconies. Again the majority of the apartment has a open plan kitchen, dining, living and study area. From this room is access to one of the balconies - A Perfect suntrap. The master bedrooms has its own private balcony, with chairs ready to sit out on. There is also a fully fitted family bathroom which is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The living room also has a strange bookcase What could that be lol.



Each of the apartments has access to the large communal gardens, which has a patio and gazebo.



The apartments are fully furnished, as shown in the floor plan pictures. To rent a fully furnished apartment instead of the furniture disappearing open the cheat bar (CTRL + SHIFT + C) and type in "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the marks. Then make sure your sim is right in front of the apartment's door. Then hold down shift and click on the apartment door and click rent furnished apartment. If it doesn't work then you will most likely need to move your sim closer to the door. Remember to switch boolprop off again by opening the cheat bar and typing "boolprop testingcheatsenabled false" - again without the marks.

The Lot has been playtested for a week and all of the apartments are working correctly - meaning they can be rented and they can pay rent.
