'Chateau de Cardou' is a large French Chateau is set in the beautiful countryside in the South of France.



The Chateau has 5 bedrooms, of which 3 are ensuite. On the ground floor there is the grand entrance hall with access to the 3 reception rooms. There is a large kitchen/breakfast room perfect for the family to have their morning juice and toast. There is also a separate study building the other side of the driveway. Lovely and peaceful - perfect for writing that perfect novel.



The gardens are fully landscaped in a simple design. At the front of the property there is a curved driveway the leads round to the garage door the hides the rest of the driveway to the car ports. Altogether is there is enough room for 8 cars - with 4 of them being in car ports.



The lot is unfurnished apart from the kitchen and bathrooms. It is fully decorated in a traditional style - rather than the character of the property being ripped out for some modern decoration.
