I always find that when my sims have made a family of their own and have a bit of money on the side there isn't a suitable house to move them into, so i decided to make my own!
This isn't exactly a starter home! This house is for the families that are way too big to live in a starter home but not rich enough to afford a mansion :P!
The house includes:
4 Bedrooms
1 spare room that could be turned into a study, art room, gym etc! whatever floats your boat really ;D
2 Bathrooms
1 Living room
1 Dining room
1 Kitchen
Enough garden space to add a driveway
It is unfurnished so you can decorate it as you wish ^_^
I haven't used any custom content!
