Category: Lots & Housing > Residential > Starter Homes
Cost: 19.978
Lot size: 2x2
Nightlife expansion required.
No custom content.
Description:
Two-story starter house with livable basement, furnished for 1-2 sims but roomy enough for a small family. Porch in front and back, enough room for a driveway or two, some landscaping/decoration.
1 x double bedroom
2 x bathroom (1 furnished)
1 x kitchen/dining
3 x spare room (unfurnished)
1 x attic (windowless -- only good for storage)
Basic appliances included: lights, toilet, bathtub, fridge, kitchen sink, phone, burglar alarm, trashcan, smoke detector, bookshelf. This house als has a microwave.
Expandability: Spare room inside the house; room for expansion in the basement (under the porches); also you can put a dormer in the attic and convert that into a bedroom or two.
Note:
If you get an "expansion pack data required" error upon installation, use Clean Installer instead of the Maxis one. Apparently this is a known issue (not specific to this download), see this thread describing the problem and this post (daysies) explaining the workaround.
Enjoy!

Install Instructions
1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).
- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
