New Lane is a beautiful little house that is suitable for a small or large family. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs plus 1 bathroom and downstairs has 1 kitchen/dining area, 1 living room, hobby room and bathroom.



This below picture is of the upstairs containing 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.



As you can see from the above images the lot also contains a double garage and a spare room over them. I like to call this the Granny Flat but you can use it for whatever takes your fancy

Also, there is plenty of room at the rear of the house for expansion to the house, building a swimming pool or pond.
