I'm continuing to practise building affordable starter homes for my sims, and considering my rotation has spiralled out of control, there's quite a few I needed to build! So here is 3 Dead End Lane, a three bed, 2.5 bath home for Strangetown. It's spartan and unfurnished, but that's to make it affordable to start out with. On a small 2x3 lot, and costs 22,753 simoleans.
