I currently have several teenagers in my game who are eyeing University, and trying to decide on their courses of study. As I'm trying to pick out majors for them, depending on what they want to do with their lives, I've become annoyed that the Maxis-made majors just don't fit some of the careers my Sims want. (I can understand studying Literature, but who in the world would major in it in order to become a Rock God?) With that in mind, I've created a few majors to better suit my Sims' plans. Here's the first of (at least) four:

Music
The Universal Language
cloned from Literature
linked careers: Criminal, Slacker, Show Business, Music
GUID: 0x0042CB1B
focused skills: creativity, charisma, mechanical

Freshman
1. Music History: The Masters
2. Music Theory: More Than Lines & Notes

Sophomore
1. Sectionals: The Brass
2. Sectionals: The Woodwinds

Junior
1. Sectionals: The Strings
2. Sectionals: Percussion

Senior
1. Senior Project: Join the Symphony
2. Senior Project: Battle of the Bands

This major has been fully tested in-game. The icon is authentic to the Maxis Music career. To use this major (or any other custom major), definitely download FrikaC's Majors Made Easier: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=107858

I'll post other majors as soon as I can test them.

Happy talk.
