This has been my most challenging and enjoyable request yet ……. I hope you like it. I think I found a new home for my sims. I had a little trouble getting the final house to fit into the 10 Meg max size limit so check bellow for some Custom Content you will need for this house.

Large Beach house ….. Unfurnished.

Open Concept Main room with Bar, Fireplace, Kitchen, Dinning, Family / Living Rooms. 3 Bedrooms plus Master Suite each with their own Bathrooms and plenty of space for all the comforts your sisms may want. Guest House with bath and Kitchen opening to the pool with covered Bar and Hot Tub. Landscaped yard with 2 car Garage Upper and Lower decks opened to the beach with a large swim deck with raised sunning platform overlooking crystal clear water. Your Sims will think they are in paradise.

Custom Content Not Included but Required ……

I had a little problem to make thew lot fit the 10 meg size so I left the kitchen out. You will need to download the set and recolors for this lot to load properly …… It is a very nice set.
