This took me *eons* to finish but I have a sim family in there now and it's working out great! The only thing I would suggest you change after you install is to remove the rose bush plants from the front and back yards, for some reason the gardener couldn't trim or water them. I placed the stairs flush against the back wall so they do not obstruct your view when playing. I also like an open floor plan without a lot of walls and doors so this house reflects that. No hacks or mods here... hope you like but it took so long so I'm not sure if I'll be doing others roflol! Lezibeth
