Easily the most recognizable building in the First City, the Great Hall is the capitol building of the Klingon empire. It's both the government's seat and the chancellor's home. The high council has convened at the great hall for hundreds of years.
The Great Hall is a 10-story structure built on a 5x5 lot. It's available as either a residential or community lot. The first floor is where the high council convenes. The most prominent feature of this level is the chancellor's seat.

The second and third floors house government offices. Here the various departments of the Klingon government keep the Empire running smoothly.

The fourth floor features a large training hall, as well as the Hall of Warriors, a place of reflection.

The fifth floor holds 2 separate dining halls, each with its own kitchen.

The sixth, seventh, and eigth floors are guest quarters for visiting dignitaries.
The ninth floor is the chancellor's personal quarters. The tenth floor are 2 deluxe suites for special visitors.
The Great Plaza, directly in front of the Great Hall, is another very recognizable monument. It's a place for warriors to meet, or to observe the monument, or a place of reflection.

The Great Hall lot includes 3 new furniture meshes: the Chancellor's Throne, Great Hall Wallbanner, and Klingon Conference Table.
