Two medium-sized buildings built in the unique style of the First City. The Budget Apartments are typical lower-income housing found throughout the First City. The apartments are cramped, dirty, and barely habitable by human standards.


In stark contrast, the marketplace is fairly new. It features a variety of shops, a restaurant, a small bar, and a gym. The dome at the top of the building lights up.
